THOUSANDS of people across the North West of England benefited from L'chaim Chabad Lubavitch before, during and after Pesach.
Their publication Holiday Times, containing colourful features and festival information, was read by all of 30,000 people. Around 5,000 received hand-baked shemura matzot and more than 800 needy people benefited from donations of £25,000 worth of food to Lchaim’s food bank which provided items essential for Pesach meals, including chicken, turkey, grape juice, wine, cheese, matzah, eggs, fruit and vegetables.
