A Purim of Joy, Mitzvos & Light For All
Purim 5785/2025 was a whirlwind of activity, profound joy, and extraordinary giving, thanks to your support. L'Chaim Chabad Lubavitch organized a series of impactful programs that not only celebrated the spirit of the holiday but also brought much-needed warmth and support to individuals and institutions throughout the community. Here’s a roundup of the Purim activities and their incredible impact:
Joy:

18 dedicated teams of volunteers visited over 200 homebound individuals, hospital patients, and residents in care homes, bringing them Purim cheer and personal visits.

L'Chaim Chabad Lubavitch demonstrated its ongoing commitment to supporting the greater community by providing direct assistance to over 30 communal institutions, schools, organizations, and synagogues.

Ckids, the children’s division of L'Chaim Chabad Lubavitch, hosted a series of fun-filled programs, engaging over 500 children in interactive activities.

Mitzvos:

Over 5,000 Purim explanatory guides were distributed helping community members better understand the significance of Purim, from the story of Esther to the mitzvot associated with the day.

over 2,000 Mishloach Manos packages were distributed to families and individuals across the community.

The centerpiece of the community's Purim celebrations was the hourly Megillah readings at Beis Menachem, attended by over 1,500 people.

Over 1,000 Mitzvah Missions completed, accomplishing so many acts of kindness and fulfilling Purim-related mitzvot.
