The Perfect Size
We are delighted to offer the community "Kezayos Matzos". These are specially produced MATZOS from Israel. At the Seder the Mitzva is to eat a minimum amount of Matzo after making the blessing. The minimum amount laid down by the Rabbis is "the size of an olive". Our special Kezayos Matzos are exactly the right amount. So after making the Blessing each person at the Seder should eat one complete "Kezayos Matzo" in order to fulfil the Mitzva.
